READ ALL THE FACTS on the law degree Victor Sims says he holds
Finding: DOCUMENTED: a Juris Master, not a JD.
Victor Sims calls it a law degree from Florida State. A foundation that works with him professionally lists him as 'Victor Sims, JM, MBA, CDP' in his own bio. JM is the Juris Master, which Florida State's College of Law describes as a 30-credit, fully online master's in legal studies for people who, in the university's words, 'do not intend to become attorneys.' The Florida Bar has no record of him. A law degree and a Juris Master are not the same credential, and the difference matters in a race where he asks voters to trust his judgment.
